Shipping and Delivery
We will typically dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping is Royal Mail Second Class, Recorded Signed For™.
If for some reason there is a delay in dispatch, we will notify you via email (on the email address provided to us when you register with us.)
At present we are only able to ship to locations in the British Isles, including Northern Island, the Isle of Man, Jersey and the Channel Islands. For security purposes, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box numbers.
Delivery charges will vary depending upon the value and volume of goods purchased. They will be displayed clearly at checkout.
While we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of shipping company actions, natural calamities or acts of god, which are beyond our control.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will attempt to send them to you as soon as possible. You will be refunded if the goods are classified as lost by our shipping company.
We will attempt to deliver your order to the shipping address stated on your order form. If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to collect the goods from the shipping company's depot where requested, we shall not be responsible. It is the customer’s responsibility to bring to our attention the non-delivery of goods so that we can send them out again to the correct address.
Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer upon dispatch of the goods.
If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. Please do not accept or sign for any packages that are obviously damaged or opened.
